Voting rights and governance mechanics in Sherpa
mSHERP Holders are entitled to vote on both Sherpa protocol and Foundation related amendments and proposals. They may also submit proposals to the Foundation for deliberation and review. Holders also participate in the delegation of SHERP incentives that are paid out to users who adopt popular positions.
